At Mrs. Alice, we want you to be completely delighted with your tablescape and home accessories; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 14 days of receipt.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are unused, in their original condition, and safely tucked into their original luxury packaging to prevent damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
